IRON DOCTRINE // EST. PHASE 01

Stop Guessing. Start Training With A System.

A complete system combining coaching, recovery, and competition prep — so every session moves your total, not just your mood.

Personal Coaching

Every block is written around your total — not a random routine.

Recovery Suite

Sauna, cold plunge, and mobility work programmed in, not sold separately.

Competition Prep

Posing practice, peak week, and stage-day protocols for competitors.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built For Lifters Who Are Done Guessing.

We do not build bodies. We build evidence.

Iron Doctrine exists for the lifter who has outgrown group classes and Instagram programming. Our coaches hold their own competition totals. Our floor runs on periodization, not vibes.

Beginners

Start with real coaching and a program you can actually follow.

Weight Loss

Lose fat without losing the muscle you already built.

Competitive Lifters

Peak your total or your stage condition on a real timeline.

Busy Professionals

Sessions built to deliver in the time you actually have.

WHY IRON DOCTRINE

Because Results Need A System.

Iron Doctrine gym floor, racks and machines under low warm light

Programmed, Not Guessed

Every block ties back to a number: your total, your bodyweight, your best lift. Nothing written by feel.

Coached, Not Left Alone

A coach reviews your lifts every week — not just when you ask.

Built Around You

Your history, your injuries, your goals — the program adjusts to you.

Recovery Included

Sauna, cold plunge, and mobility work built into the block.

PROGRAMMING // 04

Four Tracks. One Standard.

// 01

HYPERTROPHY BLOCK

12-week volume-accumulation cycle. Four sessions a week, full DEXA scan at week 0 and week 12. Built for lifters chasing measurable tissue growth, not the pump.

// 02

STRENGTH BLOCK

Low-rep, high-load cycles peaking toward a tested 1RM total in week 10.

// 03

COMPETITION PREP

Federation-ready posing, peak-week protocols, carb manipulation for stage-day condition.

// 04

FOUNDATIONS

For lifters under 18 months of consistent training. Movement competency before load.

// 05

Running something we haven't built yet? Custom programming is available on request — ask your coach.

What They Say About Us

+41LB SQUAT / 90 DAYS

I'd plateaued for two years at three different gyms. Iron Doctrine found the stall in six weeks — it was my hip hinge, not my genetics.

Your Training Shouldn't Be Random.

Start with a real assessment, not a guess.

THE PROCESS

Lift Heavy. Recover Right. Repeat.

Assessment

Baseline lifts, mobility screen, and goals — before we write a single set.

Program

A block built around your numbers, not a generic template.

Coaching

Weekly review of your lifts, adjusted in real time.

Results

A heavier total, a leaner frame, and a program that keeps working.
